"Quality of Life" Issues/Who to Contact:

Curblawn Nuisances - Furniture, trash, brush, or any other unsightly material that is placed in the curblawn within the public right-of-way, outside the time frame allowed for monthly bulk trash collection  #337-8221

Porch Violations
 - Open porches and decks are not permitted to be used as storage areas. Also, furniture constructed for interior use is not al lowed to be stored or used outside or on open porches  #337-8221

Tall Grass/Weeds Enforcement - Between May and October each year the city enforces the ta ll grass and weed nuisance ordinance. Grasses over 12 inches, as well as nuisance weeds are in violation of city ordinance.  #337-8847

Garbage Container Storage - Garbage containers may be placed out for collection, no sooner than 8:00p.m. the day before the scheduled collection day; and the garbage container must be removed from the public right-of-way no later than 11:00 p.m. on the collection day.  #337-8221
