Sale of 2208 Winchell Avenue

You may have heard that the Disciples of Christ Church property, 2208 Winchell Avenue, is for sale. Many residents are interested in the future of the space, and the Oakland Drive-Winchell Neighborhood Association Board of Directors has been in contact with the owner, realtor, and inquiring residents to gather as much information as possible.  

The ODWNA held a neighborhood meeting regarding the sale on Monday, February 9, 5-7pm, at the Third Christian Reformed Church (2400 Winchell). This meeting served as a space to learn about the property, share ideas, and highlight shared values from the neighborhood's perspective. Thank you to all who participated!
