The 2025 Annual Meeting of the ODWNA shall be held, rain or shine, on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 6:30pm (prior to the ODWNA Car Show) outside the main entrance of Winchell Elementary School, 2316 Winchell Avenue, Kalamazoo, MI 49008 for the purpose of examination of a certified list of members entitled to vote; for the purpose of electing three Directors to the ODWNA Board of Directors; and for the purpose of providing a Treasurer's Report.
The poll is now open, and ballots may be electronically submitted anytime up to the adjournment of the 2025 Annual Meeting on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at which time the poll closes.
Your ballot lists the candidates for Directors as selected by the Nominating Committee and reported to the Board of Directors at the April 2025 Board of Directors meeting pursuant to the ODWNA Bylaws, Art. IX, Sec. 3. Per the ODWNA Bylaws Article IX, Sec. 6(D), each Voting Member shall be entitled to one (1) vote.
